Hian! Crowned Face of VL Magazine Beauty Queen Calls Out Organizers for being Dethroned for Allegedly Refusing to Do a Topless Photo-shoot

 

Amarachi Joyce Mbatu who is the crowned face of VL Magazine in the 2016 beauty peageant, has been officially dethroned for what the organizers termed as lack of commitment, availability and not been able to meet up with the the brand's requirements. 
The news was officially announced via VL Magazine's website in a post titled "Amarachi Joyce Mbatu No Longer Face Of VL 2016," See post after cut...
The first runner up, Damaris Obieke has been crowned and already signed her contract with the magazine.
 
"Welcome to the family! Damaris Obieke (Face Of VL 2016 1st Runner Up) signing her contract with VL!," they wrote in their Instagram page welcoming the new queen.
"Winner of the just concluded face of VL 2016 beauty pageant (Amarachi Joyce Mbatu) should hence forth no longer be regarded as Face of VL queen as her supposed contract was cancelled due to lack commitment, availability and not been able to meet up the the brand (VL) requirements. Hence she has been removed as face of VL queen and the first runner up ( Damaris Obieke)  of the just concluded face of VL 2016 will be crowned as the new face of VL queen in coming days."

A quick check on the Instagram page of the CEO and Editor-in-chief of the magazine, Theo Olele, revealed that indeed, they do photo-shoots of their beauty queens posing topless.
