Kim took a Selfie with Dozens of her waist line secrets...who really keep that much...I guess its an obsession!

Kim Kardashian stopped for a selfie break during a dress fitting today, the still-very-blond star gazing intently into her iPhone, lips settled into a fierce pout.

Well, we at least think her face was in the pic—because her gown's to-the-navel halter neckline was really begging for all the attention. The double-sided tape may have been working overtime, but it was working, because Kim's cleavage was impressively perky in the skimpy leather-trimmed look. The edgy frock also boasted a studded skirt and she was wearing a massive jeweled choker that also served to highlight the bareness of the rest of her chest. See more photos after the cut...

Alas, she was behind the dressing table, so we could only see knees-up—but surely she'll fill us in on her wardrobe credits in due time. While the reasons for Kim's social-media popularity seem pretty obvious, she also recently opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about how she got to 28.4 million Instagram followers and counting.

"I don't plan it out," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians explained with regard to what pictures she posts and when. "If I'm feeling good about myself, and I like my outfit or hair and makeup or contouring, I will share it. Or if I have pictures I just got back from a photo shoot, I'll share a series. I love a good throwback. There's so much you can share, but I don't have a method to it."

Kim also insisted that she doesn't do filters and she's the final—and only—word when it comes to her social media.

"I don't have help," she said. "No one else runs my social media. It's whatever I feel like posting. From collages and screen grabs and cropping, it's a whole process, and I do it."

And if a system ain't broke, why fix it?
